Yeehaa!

Buckle Up! We are takin a ride on the wild side with some serious SkinnyDip & Nasty Gal love!

Rainbow Wild West Crop Tee // WildFox
Yeehaa Heart Shaped Bag // SkinnyDip London
Kickin Up Dust Leather Bolo Waistcoat  // Nasty Gal (now 70% off!)
Spur Western Ankle Boots // Missguided (similar here)
Black Western Fedora // Asos

Sorry for the grainy-ness in these pics! (no pun intended!) it was super sunny and loads of my pics ended up being shadowy in the face so I did some photoshop magic to make sure that I was sort of visable! I'm not really a fan of over doing the old PS but in this case it was needed!

I've been waiting to shoot this one for ages! I had this penciled in for when I was off work but due to train strikes couldn't get to the location I wanted to so thought well Berwick is as county as I'm gonna get otherwise so it was the next best thing - and this outfit is deserving of a fitting location!

As you know, I am a HUGE fan of all things SkinnyDip London and have quite a collection now of bags and phone cases all from there, this bag being my latest edition. It's from their SS16 range Intergalactic Cowgirl which is right up my street! I have at least 3-4 of the bags sitting pretty on top of my wish list at the moment. Think I need to head to Pintrest to find some kind of bag display idea thing so I have somewhere to hang them that I can then admire them all as well.

I also gotta mention the waistcoat! My first purchase from super amazin Nasty Gal who are based in LA. I got this waistcoat for just £27 as its in the sale at 70% off - some seriously good stuff in the sale at the mo. I am so looking forward to styling this one up as it can literally be layered over ANYTHING. This baby is gonna last me a looonnng time. :)

Don't forget to check out the Intergalactic Cowgirl collection now by SkinnyDip, what bag is your fave? :)

My Vacation Home Is A Castle

Being a tourist in my own neighbourhood with my latest fave tee from WildFox

My Vacay home is a castle tee // WildFox Couture - now £30!
Unicorn Tears Kingsize Cup Bag // Skinnydip London
Mom Jeans // Missguided

Typical... I booked a few days off work to chill and go on a hunt for new shoot locations and the train strike is on at the same time.. :( waaaahhh

So this weekend I thought I'd make the most of it as I will be stuck in Eastbourne for the next few days. I went to Brighton Pride Parade yesterday and then today I headed out to Pevensey Castle (just around 15 min drive from Eastbourne) and took in some of the sights and scenery after such a crazy day yesterday.

Obviously. this Wildfox tee was perfect for the occasion, all girls dream of living in a castle! Well, hopefully one more pink and glam then this (thinking Disney castle) but then this one deserves its dues....it is 1,729 years old!

I just love Wildfox, it is one of my fave brands. Nothing beats comfy for those summer days where the sun cant make up its mind and you wanna chill but still want a sassy slogan to wear. Think I'll be wearing this for the duration of my staycation!

Princess Candyfloss

I go for all-in-pink princess for Lazy Oafs first batch of SS16 offerings!

Pink Velvet Princess Crop Tee // Lazy Oaf
Irridescent Hyper Backpack // Skinnydip London
Tulle Skirt (reworked and dip-dyed!) // Originally from Ebay
Silver Metallic Sneakers // New Look

Finally got my first thing ever from Lazy Oaf, and it's a super good un! I love this pink velour top, its cute but can still be dressed up grungy as well. If and when I break from the super girly phase I'm going through (prob not till end of summer!) I'll try and match it up with something a little darker!

For now, dressing up as a princess on my random I-just-cant-adult-day off and heading to the amusement arcades was the one.

It was my first shoot in another town aside London or Eastbourne so I ain't gonna lie, it was difficult as always though I did get through quite alot of candyfloss which was yum! I kinda like how it turned out though even if it wasn't near the rollercoaster as I had hoped..stupid cleaner guy just wouldn't leave!

Recognise the skirt? This is the same skirt I wore to my Christmas Party last year and super glued roses on it. Since the roses wilted I pulled them off (causing a few tears in the process, oops) and had a dip dye sesh with this skirt, dying it fully baby pink to start and then going over with flamingo pink just for the bottom quarters in dip-dye style! Gives it abit of a summery make over!

As for the holes and tears I'm not too fussed about them, I could cover them up with flowers again or patches.. the possibilities are endless! Am loving the DIY trend at the mo. It's good to do especially now as the footballs on.. anyone else here becoming a football widow? :)

Check out my Lazy Oaf SS16 picks below. Also worth noting it is their 15th Anniversary next week and with that they are launching a birthday collection featuring some new exclusive items and some restocks of old faves. Keep an eye on their Instagram page for the most up to date stuff on this, sounds exciting!

Fantasia

Loving all the shiny & sheer things from Ragged Priest & Dolls Kill!

Fantasia Metallic Mesh Dress // The Ragged Priest
Mermaid Scale Hightops // Dolls Kill
Pink Iridescent Backpack // SkinnyDip London (sold out)

It would appear that summer is finally here, although we are off to abit of a soggy start! That didn't stop me wearing my newest addition to my sheer dress collection by the Ragged Priest at the weekend on the beach!

I spotted this at the Ragged Priest SS16 season preview event I went to back in December and had added it to my wish list back then, however, it sold out pretty damn quick with it still being out of stock at present.

Luckily whilst surfing around online I discovered Spoilt Brat - a great hidden gem of an online shop as it not only stocks Ragged Priest but also a load of other brands, including Wildfox, Iron Fist & UNIF. If something you want from any of these brands is out of stock make it your mission to check out Spoilt Brat as you may be lucky to find it in stock here instead - Its also UK based so you won't need to pay for international delivery, you get free returns & if you spend over £25 you can have free delivery - awesome!

I went and got more shiny stuff as well, treating myself to these Dolls Kill mermaidy high tops on Payday and threw on my Skinny Dip iridescent bag I got for my Birthday - had been wanting a bag like this for aaages. I am the shiny queeeen! :D

Drop Dead

Krustymania with x2 Simpsons colabs in one post! Featuring Drop Dead & SkinnyDip

Krusty Tie Dye Boxy Tee // Drop Dead
"I can always be myself around you" Flatforms (customised with pink fluff!)  // Choies
Krusty Shake Phone Case // Skinny Dip x The Simpsons
Lilac Satchel (customised with New Look Stickers!) // River Island
Pink Fluff Keychain // Molly Trubody

It has been such gorgeous weekend! It feels fantastic to actually be able to go out and shoot in the daylight and that it is sunny enough to not wear a jacket. FREEEEEEDOMMMMM! (loool British problems!!)

It made sense to also have a good hair day as well so I went and booked a long over due condition treatment for my tresses before shooting these. I am trying to get in the habit of doing these every 6 weeks to keep my long hair & bleached hair in top condition, for £15 its def worth it! :) I then shot these out in the yard..haven't been out here in a while as the flammin scaffolding is still up and blocking out sky dish (to US readers that's our cable connection stuff!) so we can't get signal! boooo. That's why its even more grotty out there then usual but gotta make do for now!

On to the outfit though, I managed to finally get one of these Drop Dead Krusty tees from their Itchy & Scratchy collection! yay! :D Its not a new collection by any means but I have been scouting Ebay to try and get one and found this one in mint condition so got it for myself as an Easter present! :) It teams up with my Skinny Dip Case perfectly.

I do love a boxy tee as well, perfect for chilled weekends and they go great with slouchy boyf jeans like these fab metallic moto ones. I shot these as well last year but it was dark so you can now finally sorta see them in their iridescent shiny glory! :)

Jeans of Dreams..

Black Sheer Glitter Tee // Primark
Black Starry Head Turban // Old - similar here

Finally back with an outfit post in what feels like forever! It's been about a month since my last outfit post outside with this being my first wintery one though it still really doesn't feel like winter still, it's an unfestive feeling 16 degrees today!!

Since my last post about my Glamorous petite jeans, I also bought these amazing iridescent metallic petite boyfriend jeans from Topshop - personally my faves when it comes to petite ranges! They are great for the festive season and for me a well overdue upgrade to my old Topshop Hayden jeans that were so ripped and worn in they were passed the distressed look by a mile! These look like they have have now sold out online in petite but are still about in stores and in various other sizes.

These are also "Hayden" jeans and are my fave fit - boyfriend style though are also cropped - perfect for showing off party shoes. These metallic jeans are a great alternative for party wear this season as they are easily dressed up and down and just look effortlessly cool, particularly as they also are abit iridescent so they can change colour a little in different lights.

Love. Sarah x

PS. sorry about the blurry photos, my camera went all trippy n most of the best shots were too blurry to salvage :( stupid thing!
