Jeans of Dreams..

Black Sheer Glitter Tee // Primark
Black Starry Head Turban // Old - similar here

Finally back with an outfit post in what feels like forever! It's been about a month since my last outfit post outside with this being my first wintery one though it still really doesn't feel like winter still, it's an unfestive feeling 16 degrees today!!

Since my last post about my Glamorous petite jeans, I also bought these amazing iridescent metallic petite boyfriend jeans from Topshop - personally my faves when it comes to petite ranges! They are great for the festive season and for me a well overdue upgrade to my old Topshop Hayden jeans that were so ripped and worn in they were passed the distressed look by a mile! These look like they have have now sold out online in petite but are still about in stores and in various other sizes.

These are also "Hayden" jeans and are my fave fit - boyfriend style though are also cropped - perfect for showing off party shoes. These metallic jeans are a great alternative for party wear this season as they are easily dressed up and down and just look effortlessly cool, particularly as they also are abit iridescent so they can change colour a little in different lights.

PS. sorry about the blurry photos, my camera went all trippy n most of the best shots were too blurry to salvage :( stupid thing!

Sheer Glitter & Black Ripped Knee Skinnys

Black Glittery Sheer Tee - Primark
Black DIY Ripped Knee Jeans - Primark
Spiked Creepers - Shoe Zone

Now having to start playing with the flash on my camera as its so dark when I get home wahhh!
Still, I quite like how these have come out even though there is a strange circular orb in the top pic which
is weird...! Haunted yard perhaps? :)

I saw this top in Primark and instantly fell in love with its sheer glittery goodness, they do have a white version as well but the glitter isn't as pretty and doesn't stand out as much as the black, but would look great for a sports luxe style outfit.

Ripped knee skinny jeans have been EVERYWHERE this year, having been spotted on Kate Olsen, Poppy Delevingne and many other celebs. They are sooo expensive though, between £25 -£40 for a pair when they can be easily ripped at home, which is how I made these. These are a plain £7 Primark pair with I've snipped myself with scissors and voila! Ripped black skinny jeans for the price of a marks n sparks lunch! :)

OOTD: Coco's Fortune

Sheer Black Embroidered Dip Hem Dress - Coco's Fortune
Ankle Boots - Wallis

Last weekend I braved myself to spend time to actually go through my wardrobe to see if there are any treasure's I have forgotten about and sort through stuff that could go to charity if I haven't worn it in ages/before. I'm not the sort of girl who buys things and then leaves them in the wardrobe with the tags on for years, Instead I'm pretty good at buying an outfit to wear once before it gets forgotten or I feel like its lost it's sparkle.

Need to crack this habit by either wearing forgotten threads again, being creative and making something new out of it or do a good deed and donate them..or Ebay it!. I sent down four bin bags full of pre-loved clothing in the end to Marie Curie & Mind.shops in Eastbourne. Good deed of the week done! :)

I bought this sheer embroidered black dip hem dress in 2012 to take with me on my travels to Amsterdam. It was a little too cold to wear without anything underneath so at the time I layered a plum coloured t-shirt under it!

It's from Cocos fortune who made a couple of collections and then have seemingly stopped making anymore lines. Correct me if I'm wrong but they seem to have since lost their concession both with Asos & Topshop, which is sad because they were soo unique and full of dreamy vintage prettyness yet unique to anything I have ever come across in vintage shops.

They do still seem to have a few Cocos fortune things on the Rare London website, all are heavily discounted from RRP. Hopefully this isn't the end of another cool little brand!

Are there any brands out there that you used to love that no longer exist and wish would return? :)

Love, Sarah x
