Hey all! Hope you had a good Christmas and got a good NYE planned! As this year has been one of my worst (particularly this last month) I am not sorry to see it go, bring on 2018!

I am hoping to be awake past midnight (I rarely make it!) and am gonna be wearing this amazing blue sequined Ashish dress I treated myself to for a post Christmas treat, it's perfect for NYE celebrations and is mega sparkly. Better still, I managed to bag this in the River Island sale for half the RRP price. If you are not a fan of blue, its also available in gold :)

I have been in hibernation from blogging as well you may of noted recently, I have got lots of stuff planned for Jan so alot of my Dec stuff will be appearing then. I literally have spent the last 3 weeks off work to try and de-stress so I have let the blog also have a break too!

My top plans for 2018 are:

- To travel more
- To spend more time for ME, using my weekend and evening time to do more creative things, reading books, taking up yoga and stuff like that
- Revamp the blog (was meant to be happening now but job sitch kinda put that back abit)
- Continue to eat better and less (I have kicked my comfort eating habit pretty well since October, hoping to continue this as am feeling alot better physically)

Hey peoples! 

I am finally back with a new outfit post in what seems like forever! It is a pretty awesome one though as its new brand I discovered in Topshop Oxford Circus last week! 

If any of you were lucky enough to of gone to Secret Garden Party, you may of stumbled on Kuccia in the Secret Emporium with some amazing festival garms as they were also there.

I picked up this awesome Kuccia dinosaur sequin dress in Topshop though as it seems to only otherwise be available in there and not on the Kuccia website yet! 

I love anything dinosaur print so knew I had to treat myself to it although I'm not venturing to any festivals in meantime, its such a cute design and in my fave colour - Follow Kuccia on instagram to see their latest designs!

Check out my fluffy sliders too! Such an easy DIY and just under a tenner to get these fabulous beauties made! I picked lilac as it matched the embroidery around the dinos and was hoping to wear my lilac lippy to match but couldn't find it :( ah wellll!

Christmas Party Outfit Edit 2015

Hi all!

Once again the season of sparkle is upon us & its time to unleash the festive dresses! :) I've done a round up of my faves out there at the moment with particular highlights on Boohoos Boutique range. Damn, there stuff is always super hot!.

Thinking this year I might pull something different out the bag though , as I didnt go princessy for my wedding I might go for tulle princess or something long & glam - haven't decided yet! Would never usually leave it this late as my work Christmas do is in a week and a bits time..eeek!

Ahhhh!!! am so gutted this top doesn't fit me!! :( :( am so in love with it too, love the message and of course all dem sequins! wanted to share it with u as it is sooo pretty. For a size 8 its huge! I would need some serious implants to pad this one out..and its not the kinda top you can just bung a bra on underneath so have popped my O-mighty crop top on underneath for the sake of taking these pics and decency! lol!

Will do another shoot later this summer of this one and will alter it somehow to fit!

Just love the message on it and the Miami skyline. I can't wait to wear it later in the year with the sun shining on all the sequins! :)

Next time I order from TIALS will make sure I get a size 6 tho they have totally sold out in this design! Some of these left on Dolls Kill still but not in the smallest size in blue.

Definitely starting to feel alot more christmassy now, the Boots Christmas gift guide has become my cosmetics wish list whilst I circle everything I like inside, the John Lewis Ad with the cutest little penguin has now been released (I actually waited until I could go home and watch it in full without having to explain to my colleagues why I was crying lol!) and it now feels officially ok to wear sequins for both day and night without feeling OTT! I'm a big lover of glitter, jacquard and jewel colours but sadly they are only really appropriate for this time of year!

It was my mum and dads pearl anniversary this weekend so we headed up to London to see Mamma Mia in the Novello Theatre near Leicester Square.

I wanted to wear something special and decided on this amazing iridescent sequined number from Motel (the Gabby Dress) It is one of the most popular and quite possibly the most blogged about Motel Dress ever but I can totally see why. It suits anyone, the sequins hold on really well (You would have to maliciously damage this dress in order to lose any sequins) unlike most other sequined or embellished garments and the quality is top notch,  The material that holds the sequins quite thick which keeps you snug if you are out in the evening, and quite possibly the best best is that its iridescent so when you move in it the sequins got from a green to bluey colour .Its sooo sparkly!

I've seen alot of retailers make cheaper copies of this dress recently but they don't have any of these above features to them. The Motel Gabby dress is obvs more expensive at £59 but Motel very often do 20% discounts on full price items and tbh its worth it for the quality as well - I can see this been worn again and again for events in the future and due to its quality will still feel new and special.

Party Season is once again upon us!

Whether you are buying for your office christmas party, a black tie event or planning ahead for NYE there is go much eveningwear landing on the high street and online at the moment to get your party look sorted!

My personal favourite for the A/W party season has to be Miss Selfridge - they seem to have ticked all the boxes including sequins, velvet, brocade and metallics galore. Lastly, unless you've been living under a rock the past few months, you will know that Cara Delevingne is the face of TopShops A/W campaign. With the first round that came out about 6 weeks ago which sold out in minutes to the new party wear range which is now live on the TopShop website now!
