Furreeyz

Maroon Furry Jacket // Primark
Biker Trousers // H&M
Black Vest Top // New Look
Studded Ankle Boots // Pretty Little Thing

Feeling alot of love for these furry jackets right now, spesh as its got really cold n snowy!

They had LOADS of these in the Primark Oxford Circus Store just before Christmas with amazing candy coloured ones and stripy ones!

As much as I love the candy coloured ones I don't feel like I can pull them off as they look a million times better on peoples with dyed hair like a lilac hue or pinks. Why o why is my hair so thin and lifeless??! would so love to have purple or pink hair, but mine will become too damaged if I dare bleach it as light as needs to be to achieve these shades! :'( *sigh*

Still, Primarni made up for it by making this pretty maroon coloured one <3 Its really thick so perfect for the freezy weather.  My current wardrobe theme seems to be to wear boring black at the mo, as you've prob noticed during my recent pics I have been wearing my leathers to death recently. Don't get me wrong I adore my leathers but could do with them in other colours so I don't feel like I'm wearing dark colours all the time. This furry jacket compliments the all-in-black look perfectly and adds abit of colour back in.

Burberry-esk Cape & Birmingham Christmas Market

     Colour Block Cape // SheLikes
Black Polo Neck Top // Primark
Black Suede Fringed Shorts // Primark
Studded Boots // Pretty Little Thing
Thigh High Socks // Forever 21
     Wide Brim Fedora // Asos

Hotel - Hampton Hilton Birmingham North

I'm back from Birmingham after a super busy long weekend! I went to the Clothes Show on the Saturday as you saw in my last post and the day before I went Christmas shopping around the Bull Ring and the Christmas Markets and had a lovely Bratwurst for Brekkie (yeh i took a bite out of the end before takin the pic- not good at the takin pics of food malarky!!) lol

Capes seem to be everywhere this A/W and I really wanted to give them a go after seeing them on the Burberry Catwalk on Cara D and love how many different ways you can wear them. I found this lookey likey Burberry colour block one on SheLikes.com.. Its super snuggley and can be worn just draped over shoulders or belted as I have done here. Think I will also add my initials on there if I can find some iron on patches or something just to give it even more of a Cara D Burberry feel :)

After Dark We Dance

Studded Ankle Boots // Pretty Little Thing
Black Leather Jacket // Pretty Little Thing
Pearl Necklace //  Vivienne Westwood

Definitely starting to feel alot more christmassy now, the Boots Christmas gift guide has become my cosmetics wish list whilst I circle everything I like inside, the John Lewis Ad with the cutest little penguin has now been released (I actually waited until I could go home and watch it in full without having to explain to my colleagues why I was crying lol!) and it now feels officially ok to wear sequins for both day and night without feeling OTT! I'm a big lover of glitter, jacquard and jewel colours but sadly they are only really appropriate for this time of year!

It was my mum and dads pearl anniversary this weekend so we headed up to London to see Mamma Mia in the Novello Theatre near Leicester Square.

I wanted to wear something special and decided on this amazing iridescent sequined number from Motel (the Gabby Dress) It is one of the most popular and quite possibly the most blogged about Motel Dress ever but I can totally see why. It suits anyone, the sequins hold on really well (You would have to maliciously damage this dress in order to lose any sequins) unlike most other sequined or embellished garments and the quality is top notch,  The material that holds the sequins quite thick which keeps you snug if you are out in the evening, and quite possibly the best best is that its iridescent so when you move in it the sequins got from a green to bluey colour .Its sooo sparkly!

I've seen alot of retailers make cheaper copies of this dress recently but they don't have any of these above features to them. The Motel Gabby dress is obvs more expensive at £59 but Motel very often do 20% discounts on full price items and tbh its worth it for the quality as well - I can see this been worn again and again for events in the future and due to its quality will still feel new and special.

PS. Sorry for the crappy picture quality, had to take these pretty quick and inside in low light as it was busy in the theatre & Starbucks!

Urban Grunge

Shirt Dress in Coal - Mango - http://shop.mango.com/coal-shirt-dress
Net Top - Nicole x Missguided - http://www.missguided.co.uk/Nicole-fishnet-crop
Thigh High Socks - Forever 21 - http://www.forever21.com
Studded Cut-Out Chunky Buckle Boots - Ebay
Choker - Ebay

This is prob the most sensible purchase I've made in a while - a simple black shirt dress. I spotted it in Mango last week and thought it would be fab for work and due to the sleeveless style, I can easily layer tops underneath for colder days such as the Nicole x Misguided fishnet crop I'm wearing here - mesh and fishnet always looks amazing when layered! I really like the rope belt too - maybe good for a nautical look if we can grab some matching accessories lol!

Tiger Smock Dress

Asos - Smock dress with leaping tiger print - http://www.asos.com/asos-dress-with-leaping-tiger
Tiger ear socks - River Island - http://www.riverisland.com/Orange-tiger-ears-socks
Studded Cut out Boots - Ebay
Orange Tassel Bracelets - Primark

This dress is probably the most comfiest thing I now own, I love the fact that its totally shapeless, its perfect for work and concealing food babies after pigging out on summer snackage! The leaping tiger print is so cute <3 I'm a sucker for anything with animal prints, with already a wardrobe full of sausage dog dresses, fox dresses, cat dresses, bunny dresses - I just can't get enough!

I saw this dress a while ago on the Asos website and had it in my wish list but have waited whilst the site re-opened after some MORON set fire to there warehouse in Barnsley last month. Hope they find at catch the culprit, some people don't deserve oxygen. One thing almost as bad are the whiney emails they received from girls moaning about their orders being delayed. erm.. hello? people could have died!

I also bought a pair of cute tiger socks from River Island.  I was hoping were gonna match with the dress so I could have a wear socks with sandals option but the orange of the socks if different to the tigers on the dress and doesn't really match. They are sweet though and I'll still keep them anyway :)
