#allgirls

Chatting about my fave online fashion campaign of the year and another fabulous charity shop find!

Teal Coat // John Rocha (Charity Shop)
Grey Suede Boots // Primark
Tiger Print Bag // Current Mood

Sorry for lack of posting again! My blogging has been truly terrible this year having missed all spring and pretty much half of my fave season, autumn.. Thankfully with my new time off scenario (more on that later) I had time to shoot a couple of outfits today.  Que lots of squeezing in wears of leather jackets, thigh boots with sheer tights and long sleeved T's till it really is too cold to wear them over the next few weeks!

The coat is my new fave, another Haywards Heath charity shop find. It looks totally unworn by its previous owner and cost just £7! :) Think it was a British Heart Foundation shop.
I LOVE the colour, it really brightens up my darker outfits. I am now committed to wearing more black as I am now working in a salon this is the uniform colour I have to wear. So I'll be def separating my wardrobe in to fun weekendy things and my black gothicky salon attire!

This cute little black Boohoo tea dress was actually bought with another occasion in mind which was our wedding anniversary earlier this month. I am obsessed with all things from Boohoo at the moment and particularly their #allgirls campaign which I think more brands need to start to do.

The campaign features girls of all shapes, sizes and colour which makes such a refreshing change of the usual models who are all exactly the same height, body type and more often then not have had some kind of surgery done here as well as a mountain of photo-shopping. Its not always a realistic to advertise clothes when using these models as it doesn't represent every girl out there. So here we have the #allgirls campaign which I'm loving. Its so nice to see realistic models!

It would be great if the high street also followed suit and had different mannequin shapes and sizes as well as ones with disabilities too. Hopefully one day in the not too distant future this will happen!

Inside the Lush Megastore - London

Step in to lushie wonderland...no ruby shoes required

The most fun beauty store (possibly in the whole universe) opened on Oxford Circus a couple of years back - the one and only Lush flagship store, London! It opened in 2015 in time for Lush's 20th birthday.

It was actually this Summer when I visited so unfortunately I don't have a glimpse of any of the Halloween products but hopefully these pics below will inspire you to take a trip there and check them out. It is def worth going!

There is 3 levels of lushie goodness over 9,500 square feet including the Lush Spa (which sounds like heaven, just take a look at the treatments list!) which I will be sure to return and treat myself to perhaps in the new year.

The ground floor also has a Hair Lab, which offers hair-washing and scalp massages and for all you bath bomb fans, there is a whole floor dedicated to them including some you won't find in your local shops as the flagship has its own exclusive bombs!

I also accidentally ended up with a personal shopper who was really helpful. Lush employees definitely know their products so you can always ask them for what you are looking for and they'll be sure to find something and recommend it to you as its 99.9% likely they have used the product themselves.

It really is like a huge Willy Wonka shop of fun bath and beauty things, if you are a fellow lushie make it your mission the next time you are in the city to check this amazing store out!

Is Orange the New Pink?

Controversial I know (like my love of pineapple on pizza) but I am so in love with all things orange atm...

Orange Tie Strap Cami Dress // Missguided (now only £4!)
Tiger Striped Untamed Backpack // Current Mood @ Dolls Kill
Distressed Denim Jacket // Forever 21

Pink was the colour I first thought when I changed my hair to blonde I would be wearing more often...tbh its actually been orange, I really can't get enough of it right now!

This ensemble is full of 90s fun and has been my go to autumn outfit for those days where its been pretty warm but not wanting to dig out summer dresses off the floordrobe (read wardrobe!)

This Missguided Orange dress was a total bargain even when I bought it at full price (£10) It's made of a slightly thicker crepe material and due to its shift style and un-tieable spaghetti straps, its also ideal for layering over long sleeved tops and polo necks for later in the season.

The Current Mood tiger backpack is also a new fave, even is it is a totally different shade of orange! Its much smaller then my old holographic backpack yet I somehow manage to fit all my essentials in there easily. Perfect little Autumn bag. Best thing to do when buying from Dolls Kill I've found is to buy either on Labour Day or Black Friday for best deals or free international shipping! :) Thankfully had no customs fee to pay for this one!

What do you think about wearing Orange? Would you rock orange for Autumn :)

Spell Books & Floral Boots...

Potter fans get yourselfs to Primark! This A/W17 sees Disney delights, Harry Potter goodies and Botanical gorgeousness picked out by Glamour Magazine!

Black Floral Mesh Dress // Coco's Fortune
Harry Potter Hogwarts Book Bag // Primark
Botanical Pearl Boots // Primark (As seen in Glamour collection)

As always I can never keep away from Primark when new season stuff hits. My new loves are these Botanical pearl boots which haven't left my feet since I got them a couple of weeks ago. A total impulse buy, but now very glad I did as have not seen them since in my local store. Glamour Magazine featured these as well as a selection of their picks from Primark for Autumn.

Needless to say, I think most of the range has been snapped up! But you can check out the feature here and see if you can spot these in your local Primarni store.

Also, unless you have been living under a rock, you would have noticed on your Primark visits that they have a pretty cool Harry Potter range - this has now just got a whole lot bigger!

They have bought out loads of things with back to school themes including cute satchels and bags for school/ college (If I was a student I'd def buy just to pretend I'm going to Hogwarts!) This Hogwarts book style bag totally caught my eye though and I had to have it, perfect addition to my novelty bag collection.

Will definitely be taking this to Universal Studios with me if I get to visit!

Have you got any good recent Primark finds? Let me know below in the comments :)
