Drop Dead

Krustymania with x2 Simpsons colabs in one post! Featuring Drop Dead & SkinnyDip

Krusty Tie Dye Boxy Tee // Drop Dead
"I can always be myself around you" Flatforms (customised with pink fluff!)  // Choies
Krusty Shake Phone Case // Skinny Dip x The Simpsons
Lilac Satchel (customised with New Look Stickers!) // River Island
Pink Fluff Keychain // Molly Trubody

It has been such gorgeous weekend! It feels fantastic to actually be able to go out and shoot in the daylight and that it is sunny enough to not wear a jacket. FREEEEEEDOMMMMM! (loool British problems!!)

It made sense to also have a good hair day as well so I went and booked a long over due condition treatment for my tresses before shooting these. I am trying to get in the habit of doing these every 6 weeks to keep my long hair & bleached hair in top condition, for £15 its def worth it! :) I then shot these out in the yard..haven't been out here in a while as the flammin scaffolding is still up and blocking out sky dish (to US readers that's our cable connection stuff!) so we can't get signal! boooo. That's why its even more grotty out there then usual but gotta make do for now!

On to the outfit though, I managed to finally get one of these Drop Dead Krusty tees from their Itchy & Scratchy collection! yay! :D Its not a new collection by any means but I have been scouting Ebay to try and get one and found this one in mint condition so got it for myself as an Easter present! :) It teams up with my Skinny Dip Case perfectly.

I do love a boxy tee as well, perfect for chilled weekends and they go great with slouchy boyf jeans like these fab metallic moto ones. I shot these as well last year but it was dark so you can now finally sorta see them in their iridescent shiny glory! :)

Karizma

Feather Trim Boxy Crop Tee // Karizma @ Clothes Show
PU Biker Zip Front Trousers // H&M
Biker Boots // Primark

As you may have seen late last year, I popped along to the Clothes Show Live in December for a day of non stop fashion worshipping and of course, shopping!

My fave part of the shopping stalls was the Asos Graduate Marketplace, ten finalists were picked by industry experts to retail, free of charge, at the 2014 Clothes Show Live & were also given the opportunity to retail their collections online in their own boutique through Asos Marketplace

One of the brands that really stood out to me was Karizma, she graduated from London College of Fashion in 2011 and was spotted & commissioned to create pieces for Little Mix's final X-Factor performance. Her designs are known in the fashion industry for her rebellious, high voltage style and she has since then gone on to create pieces for many pop groups and celebrities including The Saturdays, Tess Daley & Poppy Delvigne.

My fave piece from the Karizma range at the Clothes Show had to be this boxy feather trim crop top, like all of her designs its really unique and a total stand out item. It looks great teamed up with these edgy H&M biker trousers to give the soft feathers of the top a more tougher contrasty look.

You can find the boutique on Asos Marketplace here

I'l be featuring more amazing Asos Graduates in the coming weeks, keep your eyes peeled! :)

Wasted Youth

Mickey Mouse Frayed Denim Hotpants - H&M - http://www.hm.com/gb/
Wasted Youth Crop Boxy Tee - Ebay
Spiked Hi-Tops - Ebay
Red Leopard Print Bow Hairband - H&M
Metallic Silver Sports Bag - Primark

Yus, that is a bath tub!

Bit of a drastic change of scenery instead of my recent posts of the lovely resevoir and the beach! This is our backyard behind the flat, full of crap and stuff the hotel next door no longer wants which gets chucked out the back for scrap. However, it does mean there are lots of random things out there to shoot with, and I kinda like this style of shoot with a gritty edge in high contrast filter specially when its a disney print item involved. Disney clothes to me were made to be designed for streetwear and I couldn't resist making these cheeky mickey mouse hotpants look street instead of cutesey!

I had been scouting all over the place for a pair of ripped/distressed shorts that I could wear on my holidays but kept finding every pair was miles to big for me or reeeeally expensive so when I spotted these in H&M it made my day. Disney print has been HUGE the last couple of years with models from Bobby Abley, Givenchy & D&G rocking disney character printed stuffs down the catwalk. These cute nostalgic prints show no sign of dying out yet!

H&M Divided is often a saviour for me, The prints are always really out there and unique and everything fits true to size. Everything is purse friendly as well, I often find better stuff in H&M for half the price of something fairly basic from TopShop. Just wish we had a H&M in Eastbourne!
